1.1). Application:
The double pcs stitcher is used to stitch three-layer and five-layer big carton, also applicable to cartons with bottom but without cover.
1.2). Main characteristics
1. Single nail, double nails or strengthened nail can be nailed
2. Sheet-conveying part counts automatically and send the bundle to bind
3. The position to nail the first nail: 25mm
4. Max. Slotted nail length: 600mm
5. Suitable wire to nail: 17#, 18#
6. Stitching pitch (small ~big): 30~120mm
7. Machine speed: 500 stitches/minute
8. Wire-sending length of nailing wire: 36mm/40mm (if the paperboard is made of 7 layers, this should be informed to us in advance)
9. Fast change size within one minute
10. Easy operation, experience is not required
